Inner discipline requires excellent and consistent training. In our classes that are structured and disciplined, coordination skills and responsible messages are woven together into an active game playing format. Kids appreciate this fast action, praise oriented program where they accomplish their skill set in a short time creating optimism. The curriculum consists of a variety of movement, balance and timing drills designed for physical development while we arm kids with specific self defense (bully proofing) techniques to win over anything from a from a low level annoyance to a high level assault. Safety is emphasized thus we never had an injury more serious than a slightly sprained wrist or ankle.
